Bacon Sandwich

  • 4 Rashers lean back bacon
  • 4 Thick slices fresh bread
  • Tomato ketchup or brown sauce
Pre-heat the grill.

Grill the bacon for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Spread the bread with either tomato ketchup or brown sauce. Divide the bacon between the bread and sandwich together.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve straight away. Add some grilled tomatoes or mushrooms to the sandwich for a more substantial breakfast or brunch.

For a lunchtime treat add shredded lettuce and tomato and spread the bread with low-fat mayonnaise, or tomato salsa.
