Chilli Hot Beef

Lean beef rump steaks

  • 225g (8oz) Lean beef rump steaks, cut into small cubes
  • 15mlsp (1tbsp) Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1.25cm (½) Root ginger, peeled and grated
  • 15mlsp (1tbsp) Sweet chilli sauce
  • 15mlsp (1tbsp) Tomato purée
  • 4 Spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Lime, rind and juice
  • 100g (4oz) Sugar snap peas
Heat the oil in a large non-stick wok or saucepan, fry the beef cubes with the garlic and ginger until browned, about 2-4 minutes.

Add the chilli sauce, tomato purée, spring onions, lime rind and juice and sugar snap peas. Cook for another minute.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with thick noodles and extra stir-fry vegetables.
