  • 225g (8oz) Lean pork fillet,cut into thin medallions
  • 5mlsp (1tsp) Oil
  • 50g (2oz) Cream cheese with black pepper
  • 4x15mlsp (4tbsp) Milk
  • 2 Large slices of crusty bread or French stick
Heat the oil in a pan and add the lean pork fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the cream cheese with black pepper and milk and heat gently for 2-3 minutes until melted.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve the pork piled on to the crusty bread with salad.
